All deliveries require a signature so please provide us with a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery.

The stock shown on our website is in real-time and we always aim to deliver from stock. In the unlikely event that there will be a delay we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order.


Returns Policy

If you would like to return an item a request must be made within 7 days of your order date.

Items must be returned new, unused, undamaged and with all the original garment tags attached.

Items can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note but any requests to return a product after 7 days of receipt of the order or without all tags attached are discretionary and a returns authorisation number may not be issued.

How To Make Your Return:
Please email stating your reason for return and whether you would like a exchange, credit note or refund. Once we have received your request you will receive Returns Authorisation number this must be written on the outside of the package.
For UK orders, customers will need to arrange their own returns within 14 days. You must ensure that any items sent back to us are suitably packaged to protect them in transit.

Receiving Your Refund
The process of receiving and checking the items will be completed within 5 working days and if you have not received any further communication from us within this period, you may assume that your refund has been processed successfully.
